Currie Library

Originally a school, then a health clinic, the original architectural features - internal arches, glazed rood etc. - were incorporated into the library design. External appearance largely unchanged. Previous library location was very inaccessible, so great attention was paid to changing this in the new location. New bright and welcoming children's area was incorporated. Staff room layout and furniture was decided by the staff themselves.
