Description
Phase 1: The redesign of the University's former Senate House Building Abercromby Wing, opened in 1966, and the construction of a new building to link it with the existing Sydney Jones Library Grove Wing.
Phase 2: The refurbishment of the Sydney Jones Library, designed by Basil Spence and opened in 1976. The Sydney Jones is the library serving the faculties of Arts and Social and Environmental Studies.
The project commenced in 2006 and was completed in September 2008.
