Horsley Library is a conversion of two small shops located in the High Street. The building was refurbished in 2004 by JDS and Opening the Book creating a reader-centred library using key retail approaches to layout and design. The number of new members joining the library since the refurbishment has increased by 72.4% on the previous year and the total book and AV issues have increased by 18.8%.
