Description

Description

Cat Hill itself is a striking campus, designed on the concept of a Moroccan village! A small garden with a mature oak tree is enclosed by one wing of the library, and the new entry is totally glazed down one side to display this feature.

Refurbishment of former classrooms, to extend library plus small extension. Campus learning resources centre, including computing teaching and open access; Library; and base for media and language learning. Special collections room and closed store.

The cost is not easily reported as the project was spread over three years. Unlikely to be more than £500,000
