Point Eight is a specialist in the design, manufacture and installation of stunning interiors for public, educational and commercial libraries worldwide.
Award-winning library interiors
Point Eight has been designing libraries – and winning awards for them - for nearly thirty-five years. Having designed and installed over 5,000 libraries worldwide, we’d like to think we’ve learned a thing or two about them, and we want to share our experience with you.
Our 60,000 sq ft factory is located in the heart of the UK where all our furniture is designed and manufactured. We employ time-served carpenters, joiners and cabinet makers who produce library shelving and fitted and loose furniture to the very highest standards. We are the only UK manufacturer to offer a 10 year guarantee on our furniture!
Whether you are refurbishing an existing space or creating a new build installation, Point Eight’s professional designers will develop a total design scheme for you incorporating shelving, counters, IT, signage and flooring, utilising the latest design thinking, colour schemes and innovative materials to create a truly compelling reader-centric environment - one that will help increase visitor numbers and issues.
