Description

Description

The library is an integral part of the Public Services Centre, which houses the County Council area services, citizens information and social welfare offices.

A new building, of modern design yet inspired by vernacular architecture of the region, with a rounded feel to the design.

Glass and windows are a major feature of the design, with a circular window being a key feature, and a skylight stretching the length of the library ceiling.
